About The Cottage
Our cozy cottage sits off the main road and overlooks classically serene New England pastures. It comes with... well, everything. You'll have your own private entrance, kitchen/dining area, patio and deck, living room, and large bedroom. From your private dining area you have a front row seat to watch the flocks of geese that use our lake as a rest stop on their way south.
But those are just the basics. The cottage also comes with French doors, a spectacular lake view, a wood burning stove, an antique claw foot tub and a king size iron bed. Have we mentioned the two soft cotton robes and the extra soft, extra large bath towels? What about the scrumptious homemade breakfasts? For parents visiting their children at the Pomfret School, the Rectory School and Woodstock Academy, we are just minutes away. We are also a short drive from the University of Connecticut campus in Storrs. There is plenty of room for a private visit, a home cooked meal or entertaining family and friends. |
